JCM HOLLOW BORE COMPRESSIVE LOAD CELLS

JCM Scotload can offer hollow bore compressive load cells designed to suit customer requirements.

There are no set sizes for Hollow Bore load cells as no two applications are alike.

Hollow Bore design can be an excellent solution for some demanding applications especially with size constraints or test bed applications where the cell can be mounted on the bed piston, minimizing stroke reduction.

We always recommend onsite calibration to verify installation as Hollow Bore load cells can be very difficult to install due to uneven loading of the two flat surfaces. Proper installation and calibration can produce excellent repeatable load monitoring.

Electronics with user linearisation are recommended to program out any un-linearity due to uneven forces being applied.
